The guest house is a family run establishment and families with children are made welcome, with each room capable of accommodating a further camp bed for a child. The ground floor room is the larger of the two and benefits from a balcony with beautiful outlook.

This room can easily sleep a family of four, comprising two adults a child and an infant. The first floor room has beautiful views too and both rooms are well furnished in a traditional manner in keeping with the style of the property. The guest bathroom is situated on the ground floor. A continental breakfast is included in every stay and can be served in the comfort of your own room at the time of your choosing. The option of an organic full cooked breakfast is available too, served each morning in the dining room.

Rates for the double bedroom with balcony range from £25 per person per night, Monday to Friday, with continental breakfast, or a cooked breakfast for only £5 extra per night per person. Weekends - £70 per night with continental or cooked breakfast.

One night bookings at weekends are available and reduced rates can be had by enjoying a longer stay of three nights or more. Keswick Guest House is open all year round, including over the Christmas period, when special rates apply for minimum stays of three nights.

The guest house is just yards from the River Derwent and Fitz Park and all the sights, shops and amenities of the town are within easy walking distance. Keswick is a town with something for everyone.
